We need to see the page... not an IMAGE of the page.

How are we supposed to analyse it?

One more small thing... When you provide a URL to your site, don't include the ZEN ID part (if it is being displayed).

In your case:

&zenid=e7092428a392e03d95db49bf74b2a9

... should be REMOVED first.

I won'd go into detail why this is important, but you will get confusion going on in your store later if people use a link with the ID showing...

I am sorry to ask this, but are the products you are selling GENUINE BRANDED products?

Or are they fake counterfeit?

If they are not GENUINE products, I am afraid I cannot help you, as I do not do anything that supports the illegal trade of counterfeit goods.

Your client's site is selling fakes.

I personally find this sort of thing morally reprehensible...

... How would you feel if you spent all this time building her site (using your intellectual capital and skills), only for someone else to steal your work and sell it off cheaply?

I agree with you, I spoke to mgnt. about this and they will deal with it. It would be a learning experience in fixing this problem with the images to apply it to other projects as well.
