Products listed in Navigation

Is it possible to list products in the navigation?
And keep the navigation open?

As in;

Thank you stevesh! That worked well. The only problem is now I can not deactivate a category or a product (it still displays it), so until I fix that somewhere in the code I'll just delete those category or products I won't be showing.

But all in all it does exactly what I need. Just a side note it did want me to replace the includes/languages/english.php file (it was probably written when there was not one) but upon comparing the files there was not anything that was needed so I just used the one that came with zen cart.
