Converting from creloaded 6.2 to Zen

Hi, I have a couple of sites that I made for my own business and one for a friend. I'm an amature web builder & I know basic php.

I hadn't updated my creloaded 6.2 sites for a while because I had a couple of mods on them, just some extra registration fields and the newsletter registration hooked up to my listmessenger script. But now one of them got hacked and had malicious js injected into the files and the other one is surely only a matter of time.
I went to the creloaded forums for help, but it is pretty dead there now and my question hasn't been answered for days, so I think it will be best now to convert to Zen.

As far as I can understand, cre and zen are both based on oscommerce right? Anyway, I'm hoping that's right, in which case the db conversion shouldn't be too much of a problem.

It'll be a bit too much of an important job for me to attempt myself, so I want to find a trusted developer to do the conversion. I'm just wondering how much of a job its likely to be to convert to the latest Zen release and what I should expect to pay to get it done.
