    Default Migrating from Volusion

I have a website which is currently hosted at Volusion. I am in the process of migrating the website over to a ZC install on 1.3.9e. I am trying to migrate my orders and customer info from the Volusion database. I can export those tables from Volusion in .csv or .xml formats and I was able to import them into an Access database. The idea was to also import the table structure for the ZC database and map the data. Unfortunately I can't for the life of me figure out how to import the data which has been mapped into ZC. The phpmyadmin import options only allow sql and Access will not export in sql format. All of the add-on modules that I found work with products. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure, but one of these might help: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...yword=easy+pop

I haven't used any of them, but lots of folks on the forum have and might be able to give you more guidance.

Thanks for that. These all focus on products and not customer and order data. I did run across an add on called Apsona which I'm checking out. Looks interesting.

Great to hear that you are making the transition to Zen Cart. A company I use to work at uses volusion, and all I can say is that volusion provides absolutely no flexibility and you have to pay high monthly fees to use them. It is much better to use that money on VPS or Dedicated Servers hosting the free Zen Cart.

Yes, not much value for the money at Volusion. Not a bad option for somebody who doesn't want to know how the sausage is made but I don't need to have somebody do everything for me. I've just been waiting for my SSL certificate to expire before I made the switch to my reseller hosting account. I already have a couple ZC sites running there.
