attributes different qty for sizes & colours

Hi there,

I am sure this has been asked loads, I have set up attributes for sizes and colours, but i have just realized that i need it to be able to do the following -

I have say 3 red tops and 3 white tops how do i set the qualities so that it only allows 3 red to be sold and 3 white?
