Switching servers...

So I just recently switched servers and I was hoping by using all the exact same information I would be able to just upload everything and not install the cart.

That is not the case and my cart is down and I cannot figure out why this car will not load.

I triple checked all usernames, paths , passwords and everything in the configure files, they are all correct and my cart will still not load.


Am I missing something or do I really have to go through the process of installing this over again?
