How to add an extra charge?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am looking forward to add an additional price in each potential order - that wont be affected by the quantity.

So basically i want to add a $ 3.50 extra shipping charge when customers will be ready to check out.


Is that possible?
Can anyone help me please?

Most all of the Shipping Modules have a place for Handling Fees ... have you tried that?

I would like to remove the text that says "one time charges may apply"


Please help me on that...

If you are only using the one time charges for that purpose, then you could change the language file so that the definition is blank ...
