Cloned Flat Rate Not Showing

Cloned Flat Rate Not Showing in Shipping Modules Admin.

I cloned the flat.php files to flatint.php files. I also changed all the references in the files from flat to flatint and FLAT to FLATINT. I then uploaded them to the site.

When I go in to the Admin. Under Shipping Modules, the second flat rate international does not show up for me to install.

Any ideas? I tried to delete them both and then reuploaded them. Same problem.

Did you notice if ALL shipping modules are listed or are you getting a partial listing?

If a partial listing, then there is probably a typo in you new shipping module or some type of code condition that you have set that cannot run properly in the Admin ...

/includes/modules/shipping

on the server ... do you see the files:
/includes/modules/shipping/item.php
/includes/modules/shipping/perweightunit.php
/includes/modules/shipping/flat.php
/includes/modules/shipping/flatint.php


If you look in:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

on the server ... do you see the files:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/item.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/perweightunit.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flatint.php

Well I started with a fresh copy of flat.php and went through carefully replacing flat to flatint and FLAT to FLATINT. I uploaded them again and now:

Could you expand on the errors that you are getting?

Perhaps you have a file copied to the server wrong or in the wrong place ...

Should I not use this addon?

Please help and clarify what is the best solution for USA & International shipping. This would be a great help to the community here. I am sure I am not the only one who has this dilemma.
