Fixing Password problem

Could someone please tell me the precise steps for doing this?

Using your host provided Database management tool - usually phpmyadmin:

Open/load your ZenCart database
Find and select the SQL tool
Copy the sql code from the tutorial and paste it into the sql entry box you opened above
Select go

You now have a user & pass to allow access that you need to delete once you have reset your own

Username: Admin
Password: admin

Case sensitive

Thank you. That did the trick.

Is there anyone interested in getting paid to upgrade my site to the new version? I want to be sure it is done right.

Someone did get into my site and change the passwords. They also changed it so that paypal payments would go to them but paypal must have shut them down.

Anyway, I would like to be sure the site is secure.
