Switching between templates

Does anyone know if you can switch between templates on your live site? Saw some holiday templates and wonder if I could switch to them when it's a holiday season and then switch back to my previous template?

admin>tools>template selection

Don't forget to reset your sideboxes! There's a reset button at the bottom of

admin>tools>layout boxes controller
