Hi i have read this thread and thought that this would work for me but I am not sure now. I sell magazine and have a set price for each item. I have setup the perunit module and just add the shipping price to the weight section.

What I would like to do is how can I setup to ship internationally. I have a set price for the magazine shipping international.

I saw were you recomended the multiple zone module. Do you think I could implement that and use it?

    Thanks for you help

I am not sure how you are wanting to break up the Zones for your International shipping ...

There are benefits to Zone Rate zones that comes with Zen Cart ... and benefits to Multiple Zones and Zone Table that are offered in the Free Software Add Ons ...

But each serves a different purpose ...

There is also a benefit to cloning the Per Unit perweightunit shipping module and building Zones for these cloned methods and just increase the Rate to charge against the weight ...

But without more details, this is hard to say what would work best for you ...

    Good Morning Ajeh,

Thanks for repling, I would like to ship the magazines internationally for a flat rate of 14.99 and that is including the handling fee, canada for another fee and ship them here for another fee.

I was looking at the zone module and got overwelmed on all the things I had to do. The cloning of the per unit perweight shipping module sounds good. Would that mean that there will be more than one sections for weights in the product listing section?

If it is not too much could you give me a short summary on both the zone and the cloning of the perweight module. And what you think would be best for me to impliment in my store.
