Curious if I can add a second or third shipping option? When I ship to Europe, I generally need a certain fixed amount. When shipping the USA, another fixed amount, Canada, another, etc.

I have flat rate shipping for the USA. It would be really great if I could add a second and third flat rate shipping option to cover our customers overseas. It would save a ton of time and cut down on the back and forth with the customers.

Can this be done? Easily? How?
