cannot delete server-side zc_install folder

Just upgraded to v. 1.3.9f
When I bring ZenCart portion of the website up (http://www.waterweedmat.com/ZenCart/...erver_info.php),
ZenCart instructs me to delete the zc_install file, however, FireFTP (Mozilla) will not let me delete the file or change permissions of the file.


What should I do next?

Use another method besides Fire FTP -

Filezilla

Or your host provided account file manager

Tried Firezilla and tried using the FTP that host provides... still cannot RENAME or DELETE the zc_install file. Also cannot overwrite a shipping estimate button in Includes>Templates>Template_default>Buttons>English and putting the new button in Includes>Templates>CUSTOM does not work.

How do I UNDO the upgrade??

Check that folder and file permissions are set a they should be (as your host recommends)

no can do. Server is not allowing me to change permissions. DREAMHOST tech just advised me to uninstall the new version and try re-installing it.
