Renamed admin folder, now I cannot find store

I am using 1.3.9b. I followed the steps for security by changing my configure.php, renamed admin folder and so on. All is fine in the cpanel, however now my store cannot be found. Prior to making the changes my store appeared with the store is down for maintenance page with the nice picture, Now I get page cannot be found. From the admin panel when I click online catalogue I get the same page cannot be found. I have gone through the steps to rename admin folder several times. I cannot find a reference within the help or faqs to point me in the right direction. Where has my store gone and how do I find it.

Thanks for the quick response I have no idea what you have told me to do. Have I posted in the wrong forum? I haven't given any DB details

I followed the steps for security by changing my configure.php

There are 2 of these files one at /includes and another at /admin/includes

Paste the top half of their contents here on the forum

Use "new_name" for your new admin folder

Provide the url where your store should be
