Issue Loading Styles

Hey All,
Well 1.3.9e is flying right along but I seem to have an issue with the styles loading.

Instead of this:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/12volt/css/style_pages.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/12volt/css/stylesheet.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/12volt/css/stylesheet_tablitev3_silver.css" />[FONT=verdana]
[/FONT]

I get this:

Any Ideas Here??

It looks like you have a minify script operating, which strips and crams all stylesheets into one file for speed improvement. Are you not getting any styling? If not, that script may be malfunctioning.
