Help I have lost my home page

I'm new to Zen but was going along fine and confident about going live - BUT - I seem to have misplaced my home page

I realise that I do not have everything in the right folder at the moment but was happy with that and was able to view the page. I was working on header.php and english.php when it disappeared - I have gone back and reloaded english.php but no change. What did I do wrong?

I am working on the latest version of Zen Cart, msql and hosting with yahoo.
