Contact Form not working

Start by replacing the default/custom template file in your template directory called tpl_contact_us_default.php with a fresh correct file from Zen Cart for your version.

It seems so except I offer digital downloads and a few people have said they are not getting their link, but it looks as if they did on my end.

I am seeing this at the top of all of php files. I know I was hacked and went through the steps to recover, but it keeps coming back. Would that be the problem?
