Payment Method area Styling Issue

I've not changed any files, but did a server move and now my payment area is a little bunched up.

I'm not sure where to find the file to fix this. I've looked in the css, but am not sure which area to change. It only looks like this on the paypal method area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Can not see that page without creating an account....

On another note your images need work - optimized for the web

Many are in excess of 730 KB for a 1x1 thumb that should be no more than 6KB

Browsers only display at 72dpi all other info is discarded but it slows down your page loads

Find this in your stylesheet and alter the padding to what is below and see if that is not acceptable

That is what I originally changed and it worked well, but it pulls my navigation up to the bottom of the white area...Then I wasn't sure how to fix that. LOL!
