Upgrade Help!

Hi everyone I got one question and I want to know how to stop it.

I have a site and it's called sun2earth.net

Right now it keeps automatically updating and I want to know how I can upgrade it with keeping all the old stuff that was on it. If you check the site the default stuff from zen cart came back onto my page and there is a red banner at the top.

Is there a simple way to upgrade the site but keep it looking exactly how it was before with the same info? If not can someone tell me how to fix my site back to my old stuff and turn off the automatic update?

Right now it keeps automatically updating a

ZenCart does not have an automatic update function

Who is your Host?
I suspect that this might be something that they are doing
