I can't find where a shipping method is coming from

The orders table field of shipping method is showing some text that I need to track down. It's showing up in conjunction with the flat module that I have minorly changed. But I do not see the text in the language file or the module flat.php. I am thinking that it's buried in a configuration setting somewhere but I can't find it.

So where does the shipping method in the orders table come from? This cart was altered to include this text before I got my hands on it and I'm beginning to think that this very alteration is causing me other problems.

Well ... a lot of things to look for to find "mystery text" ...

I always start with the Developers Tool Kit and enter the text in the bottom input box and select Catalog/Admin ... then click Search ...

Well, egg on my face. I normally use dreamweaver to search my files but this was spot on! An override file I hadn't noticed existed. Thanks once again - you and the rest of the zencart crew are fantastic!

But that does bring up another question. Override folders in the shipping, payment and order total modules and languages. Override folders do exist for the languages but not for the modules. I take that to mean that you can't do overrides for the modules but can for the languages. I would assume that the concept here is that you are more likely to expect alterations to the language files than to the modules itself. So just checking those assumptions with you.
