changed server and store will not load

I switched hosting company over the weekend, they set up my cp for me but I cannot get zencart to load now. Here is what I get

I went into the includes/configure php file and did a edit thru my cp and did change the data base file name from my old database to the new one set up but it still gives me the same error. I hav only been on zen a few months. I did gt the handle on setting the original up with forum help. but I do not understand this. can someone direct me on what to do so I do not have to reload the store and start from scratch again.

Do you have backups - files and database - from where you hosted before??
If so - -DO NOT start from scratch if not and you can still access your ald host get them

Post a link(with ONE space) so that we can see the exact message

But did you obtain backups already???

Yes, that screen is due to not finding files where they are pointed to in your configure.php files to begin with

Could be that from old to new there is a difference in how the server defines your account path
