send emails to "company" group

hello everyone! i have a question for you...

when you go to admin>customers>customers,

on the top of the table that it shows there are

Last Name
First Name
Company
Account Created
Last Login
Pricing Group
Authorized

what i need is i have 3 companys that i put these customers in, so i need a way when i am in tools>send email to be able to select one of the 3 companies to send an email to all of the customers in that company..

how could i do this? i am pretty good at customizing stuff in zencart, i just dont know where to start with this.

any help would be great thank you!

You have to create groups.
