For some reason the upgraded (1.3.9f) cart now issues and redeems certain coupons differently. If I set up a $10 coupon, everything works fine, setting up a $99.95 coupon does not. So I'm assuming that decimal is creating problems.
Is there a rule about the coupon fixed amounts? Or is this a bug?
