Documents and Products showing in all products

I must be doing something wrong with the product types? I’m using a product type of “general documents” for informational documents and they are only showing under the Documents category. I also have products that are using the “products general” type and they are showing only under the products category.
This issue is there is a “all products …” selection under the products category and if you select it, it shows everything, products and documents. Did I miss something when setting this up? How do I get it to only show products?

Well if no one has any ideas, does anyone know how to remove the "all products ..." selection under the catigories?

Customize the SELECT statement in the:
/includes/modules/pages/products_all/header_php.php

to exclude the products_type = 3 if you do not want to see them on the Product All listing ...

Perfect, I’ve modified the SQL statement in the /products_all/header_php as well as the /products_new/header_php and it now excludes the document pages.

Thanks for the update that this was able to work for you to block the Document - General products from your listings ...
