Blank page home

I have a problem with editing files
I can not edit the Home
I gave write permissions to all files here - public_html / includes / languages / english / html_includes

What is a problem on the server database files have been deleted of the remaining backups month ago
This means that some folders permissions - What folders need to give write permissions?
