Anyway to add a new page to the title bar or any add on (not ez-page)

That looks to be a custom header menu bar that you have added
It could be one of the 3rd party Modules or your own custom code
I will assume that it is a add on module
Find the file that defines that custom bar and add your new page

As 3rd party I have no clue - but it must be in your template files
Probably a copy in your template of tpl_header.php
