Odd Problems with Newsletter Subscribe 2.1.1

Hi -
My cart is running 1.3.9d I have a few extra modules installed, among them is Newsletter Subscribe 2.1.1. There are currently 2 separate problems going on with this mod:
1. The first issue has been going on since I installed it, but since it isn't that big of a deal I let it slide. Maybe, however, someone has an idea what could be going on. The subscribe box is in the sidebar of my site hoopclothes.com It works fine except that it is SUPPOSED to be sending emails to 2 addresses every time someone subscribes. One of those persons being me and the other being the business owner. The owner is listed first in Admin>Email Options>Send Notice of Newsletter-only Subscriptions To. The business owner is getting the emails about subscriptions every time, however, I never receive them. Anyone know why that might be? I triple checked the spellings of the email address. The addresses are separated by a comma and in the other fields where I have requested emails sent to 2 separate email addresses we both get them.

2. The second problem just developed this week. I've had several people subscribe this week. And in two instances the Subscription Manager is listing the subscription date as 11/30/2036. If there was just one instance of this I might have thought it had something to do with the user's computer, but it happening again is a little odd. These two people did not subscribe the same day. And there have been other people that subscribed the same days as them and the date is correct. So how exactly is that happening here and how can I fix it?
