Wrong site map (TOC)

When I view my site map (table of contents) - which I assume it is automatically populated, I see modules that I have disabled. For example page1 page2 3 4 ......

How can I update the site map correctly?

For your example, you can go to admin>configuration>Define Page Status and remove the links to page 1,2,3.

Tanks for replying but I already have them as 0. They still appear in the TOC though.

OOps.. 0 was not Off. 3 is Off. My fault, but it should be the other way round to make sense. Anyway, thanks for triggering the search.
