Banner Header Image/layout

Hello Everyone,

I have tried to find a solution for my problem in the past posts but was unable to find one.

I currently have a template that I have changed, updated etc. I have 3 header banners that rotate but they are only visible on my products page. I would like to add them to my specials, new products and for each category page (baby, flowers etc).

As well I like the layout of the products page, how the featured products in the center are displayed. How can I apply this style/look to each category?

I am new to zen cart and would love and appreciate feedback.
