#productDescription inside templates/your_template/css/stylesheet.css
controls the product description. You can then add a font-size according to what you want.

Found it:
/ZENCART/includes/templates/CUSTOM/css/stylesheet.css
Sometimes the similar post box at the bottom of the page nets more relevant topics than a search does....
