Ok.. Got managed to get through the steps getting the certificate approved via GoDaddy.
I have downloaded the certificate. Looks like garbled alien code, but guess that is how it is suppose to look.
I pasted the code to the "upload new certificate" box, but getting this...

Installed Certificates for the domain(s): Unable to determine host for certificate! Unknown Error

That is a certificate issuer issue - - Not a ZenCart Issue
