    red flag Caution message in my Admin section

    After installing Zen Cart 1.3.9 and when I entered in the Admin section using my User name and Password I received the caution at the top.
    “CAUTION: Your /admin/ foldername should be renamed to something less common, to prevent unauthorized access.”

    Now in the Admin folder there are three folders named “backups”, “images” and “includes” do I have to rename them? Could not understand what about the caution is.
