Define Pages Editor is locked?

Ok on my site im working on there is this ugly zen cart ad,
Its in the middle of the page and wont go away,
I found out it told me to this,
his content is located in the file at: /languages/english/html_includes/YOUR_TEMPLATE/define_main_page.php

You can quickly edit this content via Admin->Tools->Define Pages Editor, and select define_main_page from the pulldown.

I went to Define Pages Editor and it is locked,
So i went to my cpanel to check permission and it looks fine,
define_main_page.php mode is set to 644,
How can i get ride of that ad code in the main page php?

To edit that file using your browser, you must make the file writable, which means it needs to be at permission level 755, or in some cases 777.
That's why the red error message tells you specifically "I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on [it]".

You could alternatively edit the file using your FTP program to download it, edit it , and then upload it again.
