Also, I do have a sql.zip in my backup directory and I can't extract or open it. It's corrupted.

i uplaod all files in admin folder but when i go to admin panel then Tools, i am not found link of Backup Zencart why?

Double check that you uploaded the admin folder section into the folder that you are using as admin in zen cart.

Yes the errors are not related.

How large was the sql.zip file?

I am starting to think your server is limiting the the files size.

If you could go under admin->tools->Server/Version Info and pm me the output. I will see if anything looks wrong.

Not sure why but 'BackUp ZenCart' does not appear in my Tools menu in the admin. I've double checked and the all files are uploaded. Is there an sql patch file that I missed or...???
