How to add a second tagline?

Hello, I would like to have two taglines in my header. I have one that is styled properly but I would like a second one in a different location. Is there a way to do this?

Add a named div in a copy of tpl_header.php in the order you desire
Make sure it is a named diiv so you can style it via your stylesheet

Thanks, that is more simple than I thought it would be. I figured it would involve the language files. Thanks for your help!
