I desperately need help from someone cleverer then me.

I am trying to set up a shop that uses e-fulfillment and want to know if zen cart is the right tool for me to use. I need to be able to download a cvs or mdb file from my supplier with stock levels, prices etc and use that to populate my shop, than when an order is made and after payment is received I need to send a custom xml form to my supplier.

I believe that the supplier uses something called DDS to automatically download stock levels etc every 15 minutes.

So is this possible with zen cart, and if so could someone point me to some resources where I could learn more, or give me some general advice about how to achieve this.
