It was all working fine until I upgraded to ZC 1.3.9f.
Now I am getting Warning: Low Stock emails EVERY time someone places an order.
I have thosands of quantity in stock, but it still sends out emails every time.
is there a place in admin where i can perhaps increase the number at which to send those emails, or if anyone can suggest a fix to this problem, id appreciate it.

You're talking about emails, right?
So, I'm thinking that maybe Admin->Configuration>Email Options is a logical place to look?.

Yes. I have looked in there. However I did not find a place to set quantity of stock at which to trigger these email.
Regardless, how would I fix the issue that these emails are being sent with every order placed.

Sorry, the email address and the on/off switch are under Admin->Configuration->Email Options.
The threshold level for low-stock trigger is under Admin->Configuration->Stock->Stock Re-order level
The code checks whether the inventory on hand is less than the re-order level, and if so sends the emails. Nothing magical about it..

The reorder level is set to 5. What would you suggest I change that to?
I have 7000 quantity in stock got almost all items, but still get emails with every order.
