Hi all
I have my site set that all customers need to be authorised before they can view prices etc
and i am having 2 issues
1)
when a customer signs up the normal generic Welcome email goes out, (not a problem as i can change that to say your approval is pending)
However when i approve the customer the email they receive just says the below
No mention that they are approved etc at all, short of writing an email to each customer is there a way to tell them they have been authorised."Your customer status has been updated. Thank you for shopping with us. We look forward to your business."
2) when a customer signs up there is no message shown on screen saying that their account is awaiting authorisation it just says
What am i doing wrong, as I am assuming there should be a message saying you account is awaiting authorisation, but there is no mention anywhere about thatYour Account Has Been Created!
