Digital Signature Integration?

My merchant account provider requires a digital signature from each customer agreeing to terms and conditions.

By digital signature they mean they need the customer to sign a box using their mouse. There is a sample of this at http://websignaturecapture.com/signa...pture-demo.php

Does anyone know if ZenCart has something like this that "plugs in"?

I purchased websignaturecapture from their website but my technical guy is unable to make it work with ZenCart - possibly because it is written in C#. I am not technical so this is tough for me to ask about.

Any replies would be appreciated.

Zencart has a switch in admin, that enables the requirement for the customer to agree to terms & conditions prior to checkout.

Thank you for the suggestion but my merchant is VERY specific about needing a digital signature as described in my original post. They want a signature done by a mouse. A checked "Terms and Conditions" box will not satisfy them.

Their demo doesn't work for me on Firefox 3.6, even after allowing scripts from all of the site sources.

Doesn't work in IE8 for me, either. Sounds like a situation where you educate the client about what's possible and necessary.

The demo works for me in FF, but do you know how hard it is to make your signature with a mouse? I am left-handed and am not able (after a number of trials) to reproduce my signature. So i think it doesn't have any value

Strange.. The demo does work for me on multiple computers using Firefox 3.6.8 as well as IE 6.0.2900..

That's one issue I wasn't aware of the digi sig (and demo) not working for some users.

My problem is that the client is set up already with Zen-Cart AND his particular credit card merchant already. The client also already purchased Web Signature Capture. Everything works except Web Signature Capture.

Does anyone know of a similar program that works with Zen-Cart that will allow the buyer to digitally sign as if they were signing a credit card in person? THAT is my question really.

I appreciate all the feedback but I still have not found an answer. I did contact Web Signature Capture and they are asking for more details.. In the meantime, while I wait for the programmer to get in touch with them I am looking for an alternative program to replace Web Signature Capture..

I will find out ASAP and post the answer on here. I'm kind of in the middle of all of this. I am a friend of the non tech savvy website owner and I'm only in touch with the programmer by email so please forgive my lack of more concrete information. I will get it though and post it here.

Note - I tried it in IE8 and it did work for me, while Firefox didn't. Maybe having web developer tools and NoScript just installed on FF makes a difference?
