Digital Signature Integration?

I have been shopping online for years, made hundreds of purchases with merchant large and small and have never had to sign to be able to purchase - Who is the merchant service provider being used?

I will find out ASAP and post the answer on here. I'm kind of in the middle of all of this. I am a friend of the non tech savvy website owner and I'm only in touch with the programmer by email so please forgive my lack of more concrete information. I will get it though and post it here.

Note - I tried it in IE8 and it did work for me, while Firefox didn't. Maybe having web developer tools and NoScript just installed on FF makes a difference?
