I am trying to set up 1.3.9f
I have set up PayPal standard and checked out Paypal with the sandbox. Debug is turned on. IPN is set and stil I get the notes:
Be sure that the Checkbox to enable IPN is checked and
Be sure that the Checkbox to enable IPN is checked is processing.
What do I have to do to finish processing?
