My zen cart has the following setup:

Configuration -> My Store -> display prices with tax -> true
Configuration -> My Store -> display prices with tax in admin -> true


During checkout in the English language, I receive the following table:

Code:

There are two issues I would like to bring to your attention:

1) As a report, it seems to be inaccurate because tax rate is expected to be added to the sub-total (as the shipping rate above does) but it is not. This renders the report "buggy" in the eyes of an "average" client who is starting to wonder what is going wrong with "this store" and his money.

2) The title "tax rate" is drawn from the description field of the tax rate used for each occasion. This is very handy for the English language, but it is a problem when it comes to a multilingual site.
