Removing Returning Customer Log In

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting and I hope this is the right section. I've searched for a simple answer to my question, but haven't been sure of the right thing to do and now I'm just confused.

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

The URL is http://www.spawn.org/store

My question is: can you remove the section on Checkout that says:

Welcome, Please Sign In
Note: Your "Visitors Cart" contents will be merged with your "Members Cart" contents once you have logged on. [More Info]
Returning Customers: Please Log In Email Address:
Password:
Forgot your password?

The problem is that we run a membership organization. Renewing members think they should use the log-in we set up for membership in our Web site for the cart. Obviously it doesn't work. They get frustrated and annoyed.

It's a customer support issue that is causing a lot of confusion and I really don't care if "returning customers" log in.

What I'd really like is to ditch the log-in entirely, because again people think that they are setting up their log-in for something OTHER than the store. However, apparently according to the FAQ Zen Cart still doesn't support that concept of just buying something without creating "an account."

If anyone has made a custom mod that completely removes the log-in stuff (and is willing to install it), please feel free to PM me.

Or if you know of another cart that doesn't require log-in, supports SagePay, and digital downloads, please let me know.

It has taken a lot of work to customize Zen Cart, but I'm willing to chuck it if there's something that's easier. Our needs are really, really simple and removing all the "extras" we don't need from ZenCart has been a challenge.

The Fast and Easy Checkout mod also has a COWOA component.

Can somebody please direct me to a page that explains how to install this thats NOT the tutorials site as my ISP is blocking me from seeing the tutorial site.

I doubt if there's a tutorial about that mod anyway. I'm sure if you download the mod, there will be instructions included.
