Easy Populate CSV - Available Date issue

I've installed Easy Populate CSV and I have been running it, doing some tests with the functionality.

I notice that when I create a new product in the XML file and upload the CSV, the "Date Available" goes from empty to "1969-12-31". I don't see a field on the XML sheet for this attribute.

Am I missing something? Anybody have an idea as to what I might be doing to cause this?
