BlueHost Template Install Help

Hello all, I think i'm using Zen Cart 1.39f?

My server is BlueHost and I have no idea where the Zen Cart is installed. I need to find it so that I can install a new template...can someone please help? Thanks!

You'tre going to need an FTP program (Filezilla is good) to install the new template anyway, so get it now and use it to look over your server files. It shouldn't be difficult to find the Zencart installation.

I assume you used your host's auto-installer to install Zencart. Those often install the program in the /store, /shop or /zencart folder.

here's the thing, i don't even see the zencart folder. i had someone try to fix it for me earlier...what if they deleted it?

If you can still access your store using a browser, then your zen-cart is there, can't be that hard to find it if you browse your home directory with an FTP client like Filezilla.
