how do i implement a chat now feature into banner?

Hi guys. I am trying to implement a live chat feature where people can click on the module and it will come up. assuming i have the chat module how do i implement one into the banner bit, rather than a side box. I prepared a photo shopped image of my website of what i would somewhat like it to look like.

Also, what are some free chat modules that you recommend :)

You would create the box or the script you use might have the imagery for it and add it to your templates tpl_header,php file
