Any Addons for Flash Pannels or Similar

Not a programmer per-say but can wing it I guess

I want a Flash or Top Bar image scroller for specials and new products, or for adding in Flyers and Promotions

Are there any existing addons for this?

and Any ideas to SPICE up my site would be great guys..

My Web Guy is too busy to do it all, so I am trying myself, so ANY help would be great
