new products & monthyl specials layout on main page

hi there,

I'm working on a template for a friend, ive finished pretty much everything except the layout for the new products & monthly special boxes on the main page - http://www.toppetbuys.com/

The text seems to be in $list_box_contents, but I cant figure out how or where to edit to add some div tags around the product image and text in the boxes. Can someone point me to the file that needs to be edited to change this layout?

By default these are in div's and it appears that you have mussed this up with tables that are for tabular data and are mis-used for design
