I just upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9f and my database seems to be 'off'. When i go into the orders section, I can see them all there just fine. Invoices open fine, packing slips open fine, but if I try to edit the order, everything below the green menu line is just a blank white page. Help!

1. In v1.3.9, it's okay for the "Database Patch Level" to be "1.3.9d" and your files be "1.3.9f", because there were no database changes between v1.3.9a and v1.3.9f.
2. If you're getting blank pages or partial blank-pages, you've got yourself a PHP error, probably a result of a bad file merge or a bad addon, etc. See here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82.
