Admin won't open

I recently moved my zen cart to a new folder on my server now I cant access my admin page. When I try go to it I get the message. HTTP 500 Internal server error. But my site workes no problem.
if I look at the error logs I find the following message:

PHP Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions/database.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/zimelefi/public_html/sinkersnmoulds.co.za/zimele001/includes/init_includes/init_general_funcs.php on line 28"

I have searched this site for a solution with no luck. So I would be very gratefull if someone can help.

did you update your admin/includes/config?

Yes I changed the site name on both of them, My site works fine I can log on see all my products etc I just can't get to my Admin page. It comes up with a white page that says there is an server error or the site is under construction.
